ESF60 Precision feeding, designed for sows

Master the feeding of your pregnant sows and maximize your performance in the long term.

Individualized feeding of pregnant sows, up to 60 animals per station

The ESF60 is a feeding station designed to ensure individualized distribution of the ration to each pregnant sow. Thanks to triple RFID identification, each animal receives feed perfectly adapted to its stage of gestation, parity, and nutritional needs.

Equipped with a 3D camera, the ESF60 automatically estimates the weight of each sow at each pass, without the need for a weighing platform. This technology allows for monitoring changes in body condition and adjusting feeding curves with great precision, while minimizing animal stress and maintenance operations.

Designed to improve technical performance, animal welfare, and farmer comfort, the ESF60 is a robust, reliable, and scalable solution. Its intuitive software, numerous options, and 100% stainless steel construction make it a benchmark for efficiently managing the feeding of pregnant sows.

Description

The ESF60 is an individualized feeding solution designed for farms of pregnant sows.

It combines RFID identification, optical weighing via 3D camera, and automated feeding management to ensure precise control for each animal. Compatible with both static and dynamic groups, it easily adapts to your farm’s layout.

Triple identification RFID

Triple RFID identification secures every step of the feeding process. It controls entry into the station, validates the sow’s passage, and authorizes access to the trough only if she has sufficient feed credit. Each ration is thus distributed to the correct animal, eliminating competition and feed theft.

3D Camera

The 3D camera automatically estimates the weight of each sow at each visit, without contact or weighing platforms. It monitors changes in body condition and provides reliable data to adjust feeding schedules while minimizing maintenance.

Precision power supply

The ESF60 can dispense one or two feeds, with an optional micro-doser for nutritional supplements. Each ration is tailored to the sow’s needs to improve her body condition, prepare for farrowing, and optimize herd performance.

Intuitive software

The software centralizes all the station’s data. The farmer monitors each sow, adjusts feeding curves, and easily manages the system. Up to 18 feeding curves can be configured according to the animals’ profiles.

Automated animal management

The ESF60 can be equipped with a sorting gate, a marking system, a heat detector, a second dosing unit, or a micro-dosing unit. These options facilitate daily operations and make belt management simpler and more efficient.

A robust and durable design

Made entirely of stainless steel, the ESF60 offers excellent resistance in livestock farming. Its proven design minimizes maintenance, while the absence of a weighing platform reduces the number of mechanical parts subject to wear and tear and breakdowns.

The benefits

Improved sow productivity

The ESF60 adapts each sow’s diet according to her stage of gestation, parity, and weight. Thanks to the 3D camera and the ability to distribute two feeds and a nutritional supplement, each sow receives a tailored ration to prepare for farrowing and improve her performance.

Reliability

Made entirely of stainless steel and proven for over 30 years, the ESF60 guarantees maximum reliability. Triple RFID identification secures access to the trough, while 3D camera weighing reduces maintenance by eliminating mechanical parts on the floor.

Workplace comfort

The 3D camera automates weighing, and the entire system is controlled with simple and intuitive software. Up to 60 sows can be managed per station, for faster, safer, and more efficient daily monitoring.

Animal welfare

The ESF60 offers a calm and safe environment, free from competition and feed theft, resulting in less stress. The gilts easily learn to use the station. The front exit facilitates movement and promotes the well-being of the group.
