OptiSORT Feeding is currently the only technology in the world capable of linking optical weighing, automated sorting and adjusted feeding by homogeneous subgroups.
This combination ensures precise monitoring of animal growth and needs. Each pig is directed to the group corresponding to its weight and receives a ration perfectly tailored to the nutritional profile of its group. Weighing accuracy reaches 98%, a level unmatched by conventional mechanical scales.

OptiSORT Feeding Access
Combination of 5 components:
A method which consists of raising a large number of pigs in the same space in order to respect their natural behavior, promote their animal welfare and optimize the use of buildings.
Clear separation of spaces, each adapted and dedicated to a specific function: food, physical activity and rest.
Station capable of accommodating up to 450 pigs for sorting operations, both for feeding and for departure to the slaughterhouse.
